Delivery and shipping information for online orders.
~ Shipping ~
For made to order silk garments please allow 12 weeks for a delivery within the UK; international orders need to allow 7-10 days on top of this. An order for only accessories can be delivered in 3 weeks (for UK), or 4 weeks (international). At quieter times of the year, we can often make orders more quickly - please note that our busiest season is April - September.
Shipping of stock items (shoes, tights, petticoats) will normally be within 14 days. If a stock item (petticoats, shoes, tights) is not available, we should be able to re-order and send on to you as soon as we can.

There will be an additional charge of

If you’re in the area you can also chose to pick up your items from our studio, free of shipping charges, but please make sure contact us first to arrange a collection day & time:

Within the UK, to ensure your parcel’s safety; all standard orders are sent by Royal Mail ‘1st Class Signed For’ delivery; large parcels are sent by Royal Mail ‘Special Delviery’; larger volume orders will be sent by courier and all will need to be signed for.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You, the customer are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only. Little Bevan Ltd makes every effort to despatch goods on time, but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions, periods of lockdown affecting our normal business process and any other similar events.
Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the Customer’s nominated address, whereupon the risk of loss, breakage and all damage and all other risks shall pass to the Customer.
